Erin Holland Collins
Erin Holland-Collins has over twenty years of experience in asset management. She has built extensive networks in intermediary and institutional distribution, marketing and execution services. These networks, combined with an in-depth understanding of each business, create the perfect platform to help top tier asset management clients acquire exceptional talent.
Erin spent the first half of her career on the intermediary side of the business in a variety of different roles from traditional marketing to national accounts. Erin then began working with advisors in the design and presentation of financial education solutions for plan sponsors to complement their defined contribution offering. That role led her into practice management consulting, where she coached advisors on business strategy and helped them execute tactical growth plans. She was then given the opportunity to lead a team tasked with building a search agency within the firm to staff the offices of the national advisor force.
In 2010, Erin was recruited by Russell Investments. She was tasked with building an in-house “search agency” designed to eliminate the use of external search firms. She leveraged excellent working relationships with hiring managers and a unique understanding of each business’s nuances to consistently deliver high caliber candidates. During her 5 years at Russell, not a single one of her searches was filled externally. She left Russell in April 2015 to start her own boutique recruitment firm, Human Capital Acquisition.
Erin lives in Seattle with her husband Austin. After volunteering in orphanages overseas they adopted 3 children from the Philippines, Denmar, J.R. and Roquena. They have 2 English cream golden retrievers, Aspen and Stella.”

Mark has over twenty five years within financial services, building extensive relationships in the industry and in intermediary distribution. His results oriented mindset helped him achieve success as an individual contributor and in management where he built 3 high performing national sales teams. Prior to partnering with Erin, Mark spent the last 11 years as the Head of DCIO Field Sales for MassMutual & T. Rowe Price. Mark was focused on the day-to-day management of the sales teams, building relationships with senior leaders in the retirement industry and helping shape the strategic direction of the DCIO business.
During his 8 years at T. Rowe Price, the firm quadrupled their retirement assets. Prior to his experience at Mass Mutual & T. Rowe Price, he sold recordkeeping at ADP. His success as an individual contributor paved the way for his promotion to National Sales Manager. He led a team focused on driving retirement plan sales through advisors. Before moving to ADP, Mark worked for Scudder as a retirement plan wholesaler and Pioneer as an internal retirement plan wholesaler. With his actuarial background, Mark started his career as a plan administrator for Mobius Tech. Mark earned his B.A. in Actuarial Science from Bryant University. He holds his series 6, 7, 24 and 63 with FINRA.
Mark resides in Severna Park, MD with his wife Tammy and 3 kids Noah, Abby & Emma along with their two dogs Doppler & Marli. Mark is an avid golfer and volunteers a lot of his personal time coaching youth soccer.
